When I get on instagram, I constantly see mom’s cooking meals that require recipes and sometimes intense recipes. But I have realized in my stage of life, recipes are not helpful for me. Unless I know the recipe by heart, I am not able to read a new recipe while cooking with a toddler either […]
Why should we have habits? You can live your life without them, but it will make it much harder, even if you’re not a schedule person. Creating habits during your day will ease your decision fatigue. We only have so much decision making power during the day. If you use it all up in the morning, it will be harder to make good decisions in the afternoon. Your home is your sanctuary. Let’s work together to restore it to a place you love to be in… and build habits that help you keep it that way.
